Refund policy
Only items purchased directly from the Season Jane website can be returned to seasonjane.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased other than from seasonjane.com must be returned to their original point of purchase. In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. All of the items should be purchased within 21 days from the day you request a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of organic ingredients' short shelf-life. Any items purchased more than 21 days ago will not be qualified for a return / refund or exchange. All of the items must be unopened and in their original saleable condition. Below are the detailed Return and Exchange process.
[Return / Refund]
1. Kindly email us at wecare@seasonjane.com or leave a message on the chat box for a refund request. Please include your order number and the reason for a refund. Order number can be found in the email when you made a purchase and/or on the packaging slip.
2. After verifying your purchase information, we will email you a return label that is prepaid by Season Jane. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for return/refund. The shipping label fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
3. Pack the item by following the steps on the email and ship the item to the provided address. Return address is different from HQ address. Please retain your postal receipt from the shipping carrier until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Season Jane. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
4. After we receive the item and verify the condition, Season Jane will issue a refund to your original method of payment after deducting shipping label fee. The refund can take 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.
[Exchange]
Should you make an error when ordering online, Season Jane will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. In the case of exchanging with same or higher value of item, Season Jane will send you a prepaid shipping label at no shipping cost to the customer as a courtesy. Below are the steps for Exchange.
1. Kindly email us at wecare@seasonjane.com or leave a message on the chat box for an exchange request. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and the new item that you want to exchange with. Order number can be found in the email when you made a purchase and/or on the packaging slip.
2. After verifying your purchase information, we will email you a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be paid by Season Jane as a courtesy.
3. Pack the item you want to return by following the steps on the email and ship the item to the provided address. Exchange/Return address is different from HQ address. Please retain your postal receipt from the shipping carrier until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Season Jane. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
4. Proceed the checkout of the item you want to exchange to. Simply email us your new order number.
5. After we receive the item and verify the condition, Season Jane will issue a refund of the returned item to your original method of payment. The refund can take 3-10 business days depending on your payment method. In the case of no new checkout after sending the purchased item back to Season Jane, we will consider it as 'Return' of the item instead of 'Exchange', and refund you the amount after deducting the shipping label fee.
[Full Refund or Exchange by Season Jane]
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Season Jane will provide full refund or exchange. Return shipping fee will be paid by Season Jane in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment after the customer returns the the item.
