Headache Aid Shower Steamers are handmade in small batches with our Headache Aid Essential Oil Blend. These Shower Steamers are designed to help reduce head tension, improve nasal congestion, clarify mind by inhaling essential oil steam while taking a shower.
Each tablet is approximately 1.5"*1" in dimension, but can slightly vary due to the nature of handmade. Each tablet will usually last for about 10-15minutes.

How to Use
Place a tablet on shower floor, away from direct water stream or drain for longer use. Tablet will release aroma as water fizzes the tablet. Inhale the aroma as you take a shower.
